Urban Townhome Units Coming to the Old Fourth Ward
Epic Development is set to break ground this summer on ten units near Old Fourth Ward's historic water tower. The development, The Water Tower Stacks, will have eight townhomes, and two detached units available. Located at Irwin St. and Auburn Ave., the Stacks will be close to some of the best that O4W has to offer. Residents will we within a stones throw of the Historic Old Fourth Ward Park, Inman Park, the Eastside Beltline Trail, Edgewood Retail District, the Krog Street Market, and much more.
The individual units will be priced between $500,000 and $700,000 and will have 2,000 to 3,4000 square feet of modern living space. Each unit will have open floorplans, modern kitchen and baths, rooftop open space, and high end appliances.
